Wish more pros did this. Good angle. Really flexes that lead wrist going to A5.

Maybe because it's nice to see a great swing with such definition, looped at slow speed?
+1
Oh ok, I thought you were saying that you wished more Pro's would flex their lead wrist.

Ah, on rereading it I see why. Typing faster than I think. Need to stop doing that.

I thought it was easy to find slo mo swings for the pros. I just go to a search engine and type in Dustin Johnson Slo Mo and Bobs my uncle. It's not looped but pressing the replay button doesn't seem like that much effort?

The best part was searching for Boo Weekly slo mo. Only found 1 video for him but the engine decide putting B and S after Boo was an acceptable substitution.

From a decent angle, camera held still, high frame rate, not as easy. And it's in a way kind of cool to see Thomas in shorts, more casual look than long pants, suits vs jeans. These videos on Instagram are usually taken from iPhones, so usually a better quality video overall. YouTube vids quality runs the gamut.

    • Day 1 (19 Jan 26) - after a week lay-off due to travels, felt great to get in some drills in the backyard today.  Started with lead arm only short pitches focused on squared face and light divot post ball.  Haven’t done this in a while and it showed, with some skulls and slices.  Settled into easy flighted balls - wrapped up with standard two handed swings.  Good restart to the daily drills.
    • That depends what you do within those two.  Are they your only options?   Check out Fit for Golf if you get a moment.  It's linked on the sidebar;  I did it for two years, stopped for a really bad reason, and I plan to get back to it soon.   Mike Carroll also has a great free podcast about a lot of topics in golf fitness.
    • Day 19, 1/19.  Finished work in time to spend 25 minutes hitting balls (hit 15) indoors, off a mat, into the net.  Usual focus.
    • Day 30 - 2026-01-19 Got 10 minutes in on the mat / net working on exagerrating movements I'm working on. And grip. Also worked with my friendly AI to summarize key negative tendencies I have so that I can build a personal checklist to follow. Will do more mirror work tonight.
