Flightscope xi shows tour data?

I have a flightscope xi and it shows all club and ball data.  The only thing it does not show is spin axis.  This is my second flightscope (Originally had the xi+) I used the xi+ app from my first flightscope and it connected and works.  I have called flightscope before on this and they never gave me a clear answer.  I have used it on multiple ipads with the xi+ app.

My question is has anyone else ever had this happen or heard of it?  I am putting together a video this afternoon after work to post.

Not that I know of. Our Xi works just fine. Do you have the updated software?

      I have been on a roll in November. Today was a 77 (69.2/115, 6,050 yards) on a wet course with dew covered bumpy greens. Better greens and I might have shaved a few more strokes off the score.
