Here is my feedback.

  1. Better lighting, please.
  2. Get some face-on video as well.
  3. For the down the line videos, position the camera so your toe-line is centered in the frame.

I can see you are coming over the top and cutting across the ball, that's why you slice the woods. You get away with it a little bit more with the irons but it still needs to be fixed. A face on view will tell us a bit more about what may be causing you to swing across the ball. My first guess would be that you'll need to start with improving your weight shift. It's REALLY hard to swing outwards if you're not transferring your weight properly.

It's actually not a bad swing what it looks like is a punch cut swing that a tour player would use under a tree to advance the ball up the fairway on a par 5. Of course your not trying to do this instead I recommend relaxing your swing to get some hinge into the top of your backswing it's entirely to restricted and probably stems from a death grip loosen up. Yourtakeway is perfect for a baby cut either stick with a small left to right shot or get a shoebox and place it 2 inches outside the ball to initiate a takeway on the inside and flow from there this will promote a baby draw. A must for a baby draw is at address step 2 inches away from the ball giving you more room to attack from the inside. Here is a photo of some grips I want yours to be slightly on the stronger side which is great for newbies to the game. As a side note avoid having your thumb go down the shaft this photo is just for reference.

So, my current handicap is 25.8 and this is my swing now. Quickly recorded them at home. Any tips?

Practice swings, unfortunately, aren't terribly useful.

Doesn't look too bad at all. One thing I see is your posture is very rigid. Check out the thread below and also post a face on view when you have a chance.

    • Thanks! Better though? Not worried about overdoing it yet. These were also the best videos of several I took. More to be done for sure but moving in the right direction I think.
    • Can be out and up a little more. Not quite over-done yet.
    • Down the line and face on from today. Still feeling like I’m sticking the club into a hole in the ceiling above my right shoulder and then big loop inside to start downswing. That’s how it feels. Not how it looks though! Gotta keep working on this for a bit but I see a lot of progress. 😁
    • Day 5 (13 Mar 26) - Friday shootout cancelled- made it a practice round working from mixed tees. Plenty of up and down work around greens.  Best was a hole out birdie on the par 3 #5 hole - nice pitch and roll w/Pw from about 10yds off the green - dead center flagstick drop.  Much of round was focused on getting solid weight shift into lead foot.
    • Day 208 3-13 Worked on wrist arching and flow. First time hitting reall balls at a range in months. It was nice to see ball flight. Still not sure it beats my backyard practice station.
