Most businesses use a black list to identify domains and suffixes they don't want their employees to access rather than white list the ones they can. 

If this site is black listed, it's either because of the SSL certificate or IT flagged it either as a site that was being "abused" or they are using heuristics to block sites that they don't believe would be work related based on content.

Yeah, forward one of those to me or something the next time you get it. There's nothing wrong with the SSL certificate. Not since the first week we switched to SSL.

Probably not. Google is serving the ad. The problem is with the certificate, not the domain name.

In the future, please feel free to just forward them to me.

      Can you elaborate on this?  There's a par-4 hole at the course I've played the most (was my home course for over a decade, now 50 miles away but I still go and play there) whose green is below the fairway and I realized recently it's one of three holes on the course I've never made birdie, despite that I often have a short iron into the green for my second shot.  It isn't even that I haven't made birdie, but I realize I often don't hit the green.  My typical play of the hole is to have a near-GIR and sometimes I get up and down, but not as often as I would if I were trying to 2-putt.
