I think if Koepka managed to hit his tee shot in the fairway in that playoff, Sergio would have folded up like a lawn chair. I only watched the last 5-6 holes of the entire tournament, but Koepka made a few head scratching decisions leading up to that playoff. Maybe the pressure got to him. 

I didn't watch enough to the tournament to see any alarm with Speiths game, but i noticed he did get kind of quick and switchy with a couple of swings. Tempo is really the only thing i notice in golf swings. Ask me about mechanics and I'm as dumb as a rock. The commentators say he putted well though. So maybe its just rust for him.
