Yes. A few weeks ago.

I'm not sure people will like it. Very little is explained. The golf scenes are hokey. I just finished reading the book and wasn't always 100% sure exactly what match was going on, or what was happening. It jumps right in to Tommy when he's already 17 or 18 or so, and… then covers little of what happens after that.

I don't think non-golf fans will enjoy it much at all, and golfers will struggle to follow exactly what's going on. Unless you're already familiar with, say, the rivalries that existed back then… you won't understand what some of the matches mean, or whatever…

Huh, Mark Kermode actually reviewed this. I think I saw this listed in US Netflix or Amazon Prime or somewhere I can watch it free, not interested though.

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.
