if you looked at a lot of players on their down swing you can see a lot of them started to squat like how tiger and rory. i've been working on squatting some on my down swing in my driver and it really gets you in that position where it's lot easier and gets you clearing your hips faster. i'm now starting to the downswing inside and then out and hitting a very nice looking draw. now i'm very comfortable with my driver and not worried on what kind of shot the outcomes will be. you can really feel the shaft loading up for the release. tried it some with my mid and longer irons and can really feel my club speed getting a lot faster. idk if a lot of you guys have tried it yet or do it. but it's something you all should try if your wanting to drive or swing like tiger or rory. it really helps and works and does wonders

hmmm, maybe thats what they mean on another forum where they are always talking about "squeezing out a few pellets".  Funny, that thought never really appealed to me, regardless of my sometimes wierd, untoward sense of humour.

This is nothing new. Many years ago it was referred to as the "Sam Snead squat". He made the same move, and there are a lot worse swings to copy than Snead's.
