High Launch High spin Driver

I too have this problem- high launch , high spin. I experimented with different shafts. The shaft is so important. Ideally you want to get your rpm under 3000.http://www.shaftfit.com/

What does your ball flight look like?  Does it balloon?  I think you are hitting down on it and flipping.  It is generating the high clubhead/ball speed and the high launch which climbs as it goes.  Ballooning is you hit it and it curves up then drops like a rock.  That spin is very high.  

I use a Foresight GC2 and HMT launch monitor regularly.  I am very familiar with my numbers.  I am using a Ping G30LS. 9 degree with loft taken off it.  I tend to hit high on the club face.  My angle of attack is around 5 degrees up.  My drives launch in the 17-20 degree range and have very low spin.  Less than 2000.  Mine peak at 90-100 feet and that is high as far as most drives go.  If I have a problem it is not enough spin.   When I flip at it I can gain 10 mph of clubhead speed or more but the ball goes everywhere and the attack angle and launch climb.

I only mention my numbers because you can hit up on the ball and get a higher launch angle with a lower lofted driver.  My numbers are a function of my swing, which is good for driver but not so good for irons.
