Putting green woes, too much roll

I'll try this tomorrow and see what kind of results i get. Reading the other comments and watching the video, I might actually be hitting too hard and shaft too far forward (I'm picturing my stance now and i think my hands are past my left hip, but i don't remember being taught with so much shaft lean. Wonder how that snuck in naturally). My ball tends to pull left and low when i lose my tempo. And speeds off the green.

It happens quite easily. With more forward shaft lean it's much harder to blade a chip. But by doing that you take a lot of loft off. 

I can't imagine how you'd use such a stroke for 75 yard shots though. I use it when I'm 2-3 yards off the green where I want the ball to just clear the green and then roll out.
