What is the point of golfnow rewards?

You have to use them for tee times at least 3 days in the future, and the prices are much higher. So, the reward basically brings it down to tomorrow's price. The rewards in 2015 were awesome.  Good business practices would be against worthless rewards

Before I got a membership, I use to use Golfnow frequently.   I would wake up and check the weather and go to the course that was closest and had a hot deal.    Since they changed their policy, I don't worry about the rewards.   I do take into consideration the fees they charge and find that sometimes it is cheaper to call the golf course.

Meh! Never had a problem using Golfnow. True the rewards only come from booking "Hot Deals", but still. I was able to book rounds at an area Pete Dye design that normally costs $55-$60 per for $26 per, without using my 10 bucks off rewards.

So, exactly what is the problem? The only problem I have is they redesigned their website, and it's not as easy to navigate as it was before.

EDIT: We will definitely go back to this course! It is outstanding!  The weather turned crappy on us that day, but we stuck it out and finished the round. We look forward to going back and playing in better weather!
