Day 142 (21 Sep 24) - 1/2 of session focused on setup and weight shift using 7i hitting into the net. Wrapped up with “on course” shot set up hitting hard foam balls with Pw in the backyard - to around 35-40yds.  Really reinforces the setup and getting the start line correct.

Day 144 (23 Sep 24) - In between working on my bass (reworking the wiring), hit some easy shots into the net with the 9i.  Focus was on getting solid contact and staying in the swing.  Not a bad session - had some thins but no serious chunks. A good easy session.

Day 276: 9/24/24

Speed training for Par4Success workout. 107 cruising speed and 114 max. PRGR launch monitor missed quite a few of the faster swings, which it did when I was doing Stack sessions. Not sure if there are better options.

Day 145 (24 Sep 24) - next to last church men’s group super ball scramble of the season - paired with my friend Mike and my grandson.  We had a blast - even par for us (our counterparts were 5 under) - still a fun mix of making some great shots and rejoicing in even better shots by others (especially the 36’ putt for birdie by my grandson).

    • I believe that this a Seth Raynor design feature, but I’m sure this is something that has been done before. It was a fun course to play. This is 18, awesome hole.

    • Broke 40 for nine actually shot a 39 personal best for me. Missed two birdies by a hair. 1 boogie 1 double Refreshing getting better and having so much more fun. Was shooting mid 50S start of season improvement is good.
    • I really don't think it's going to be anywhere near as accurate as you think it will be. It'd require you to have the same speed at the same distance and angle to the mic every time. Otherwise, if you swung faster, but the maximum speed was another 6" past the microphone and another 2" away from it, it could read as significantly quieter. I think you're ignoring some really basic physics here, my man. And the fact that microphones in phones are highly directional, too. It's not like an open-air mic in a quiet room. I think this idea lacks almost all merit.
