Day 533 - 2026-03-18

Continued work with the Swing Coach app exaggerating some downswing (and late backswing) stuff. This is from yesterday, but… more of the same.

Day 213 3-18

Flow drill and wrist arching. Also did a bit of work on my sem reconnecting. Hit foam balls.

Day 112: this is was grit day. Not feeling great and a rough week so far. Did some mirror work, even though I didn’t really feel like it.

Day 214 3-19

Flow drill and arm reconnecting on downswing. Also focusing on arching wrist, I can tell a big difference on camera, when I dont focus on it.

Mini-big day before a Very-big day. Had a little break between a GEARS session (eh?) and a HS golfer from OH! So, got some swings in working with headphones in.

Day 11 (19 Mar 26) - Easy session focused on takeaway - used the stand bag to force more straight back as opposed to back around.  Wrapped up with some bump and run low running pitches using 4i.

      I think I’d rather have port with sticky toffee pudding. I prefer sauternes with fois gras. Not that I’d complain though.

      Yeah okay that’s fair enough. Rachel Drummond is the student. I’m not exactly sure her history but I think she’s a decent player. She’s struggling with thin contact and gets this lesson. The do a decent amount of work on how she moves her pressure around and getting the club moving in the right direction. After that it’s a little past my ability to follow. Lots of drills hitting a towel and getting the club moving the right way. All in all it’s an interesting video and the guy doing the coaching is a very good player in his own right who crushes it (would give Monte a run for his money I think)
