Day 77 (26 May 26) - Monthly men’s scramble - mixed up my bag a little, using the laminate Wilson 4150’s and the MacGregor blades - love challenge of the much weaker lofts and those no so forgiving bladed edges.  A good session on focused ball striking.

Day 266 5-26

arms in front, get chest through. Noticed my hips are rotating a bit much im the backswing. Recorded and hit foam balls.

Day 602 - 2026-05-26

Slept funny, so the left side of my pelvis was screwy. Instead of playing (booooooo!), I hit a lot of short game type shots. Which is fine. Sometimes I can simplify those a little.

Day 60: just some mirror work tonight. Working on that lower body stuff still.

Day 23, May 27.  I had a morning at home and spent 20 minutes hitting balls, primarily 6-iron but some 9-iron too.  Same focus as before.

Day 603 - 2026-05-27

21st anniversary! Played nine holes. Upper back left hip still bugging me, but… not in a way that actually impairs much? Hit some good shots.

More arms in front, get chest through. Arch wrist. Did a good job arching wrist tonight. Needed more focus on rotation and hips in backswing. Foam balls and recorded

Day 78 (27 May 26) - Full day of road time (taking son to his Ortho follow up several hours each way) - detoxed with a few pitches w/Gw and 9i in the backyard - staying with the pre-shot process including visualizing shot line window.
