Day 61 (November 5).  Ten minutes putting at home, on carpet;  I think I hit a ball every 20 seconds, even though it was the same read and distance each time.  However, I took several practice swings, focusing on the pendulum and on NOT accelerating through the ball.

Day 402 - 2025-11-06

Practiced for only about 15 minutes today. Used the mirror and foam balls. Backswing almost entirely. Helped @DrizZzY for some of the time after and before, too.

Day 65 (6 Nov 25) - weekly nine hole session with my friends playing up a set of tees.  As always a casual session, got in some great course management work as I was dealing with some straight pulls off the tee, so recovery shots were the drills of the day.  

Ping G400 SFT 10deg  R flex
Ping G410 3w R flex
Ping G400 3h and 4h R flex
Taylormade SLDR 5i thru PW graphite shaft R flex
Cleveland CBX wedges - 50, 54, 58 or 52, 58 (depending on my mood)

Day 85 11-6

Flow drill today. Goal was to feel a good rhythm. Hit foam ball after every 5th practice flow swing.

Day 69: nice. Worked on my drills for about 20 minutes in the garage. Want to feel like I’m doing more hip and chest than with arms.

Day 62 (November 6).  Tonight was 10 minutes of putting practice, with an emphasis on the pendulum.  At home, on the carpet, real ball and putter.

Day 66 (7 Nov 25) - Full day of flights and travel to see kids and grands.  Got in some swing rehearsal work, focused on weight shift and staying centered.

Day 86 11-7

Similar practice to yesterday. Flow drill while hitting balls. Less practice swings today and more hitting. Hit foam balls.

Dang, didn't post this morning.

Day 63 (November 7).  This morning was a work from home day, and over the course of the morning, I had the time to do 30 balls worth of 6-iron shots, with rehearsed super short backswing.  

(yes, that's about an hour's worth of practice spread out across the morning)

Day 1: 11/7/25

Haven't been able to putt much indoors the past few months, so I took advantage of the opportunity last night. Stroke felt a little off but tightened up while practicing and watching the first episode of Pluribus.

Just kidding. I practiced by doing some sim par three stuff with a pause at the top to make good backswings. But I couldn't resist making a 404 joke.

Day 87 11-8

Flow work and a focus on backswing length. Still making sure hips are working..better.

Day 64 (November 8 ) - today was mostly a day of getting work done around the house, although three times during the day I stepped away and hit a dozen balls (each time) with the focus on the very short backswing.  The exaggeration now feels like I'm chipping, but I am seeing the picture change, which is the main reason I've been doing this!

Day 3: 11/9/25

Full swing backswing drills. Left shoulder is a little tender and not ready for full swings with a ball. Finished tonight with a few putts.

      Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.

      Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.

      Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.

      Yes, but you don't live in the UK, so you have no idea what we think about it here. It's a very different mindset here, to demonstrate the fact you should consider 9 out of 10 games we play here are Stableford, whereas you you almost solely play medal. Neither is right or wrong, it's just different  I'm trying to avoid swearing here. Once again, and for the 1000th time, I understand the system, I just don't agree with it. Is there anything wrong with that? PS, I do not have the time or patience to post my results, especially as they prove nothing  That's because 99% of the posters are Yanks
