Day 185: did mirror work for a bit. Working on the backswing priority stuff still. Looking pretty solid.

Day 364 - Long day, just some mirror work focusing on my finishing position.

Day 260 (19 Jan 25) - Woke to misty rain and was thinking that I would be limited to inside work today.  Late afternoon break in the weather (mild temps and a few rays of sunshine) led to a 15 mins or so of hitting the 58deg wedge around the backyard at 10-20yds.  Simple drill goal - "don't get flippy" but rather rotate smoothly through.  This was key as I tend to want to help higher lofted wedges 58/60 - today was solidly on the smoother side of execution.

Day 111 - 2025-01-19

Got to GE particularly early today, before Junior Elite, and hit some balls before that. My left thumb was sore like it was about a month ago, which was odd. It feels better now as I type this up nearly 12 hours later, but it was sore last night and still this morning.

Right elbow ached after playing yesterday so I practiced putting through 50 mm gates from 11”.

Day 18 - Just mirror and wall work. Ready to take it back to the course / range and get some more film.

Day 365 - More work on the full swing. Need to break out the putter this week to work on that.

Day 40: 1/20/2025

I forgot to post yesterday. Today I got some work in on lunch. Basically I turned the garage heater on and worked on some stuff Yoda sent me, while I hit balls into the net. Occasionally I went back in front of the mirror, just to kind of check what it all looked like.

Day 19 - 30 minutes of range work. 20 on weight transfer, 10 on 50-100 yard wedge work with a focus on start ball path.  20 minutes of bump-and-run work by green with 7-, 9- and hybrid.

Putting through 50 mm gates, and weight shift drills with slow motion backswings.

Day 112 - 2025-01-20

Had two guys in for GEARS lessons today, so I got there early and practiced for 30 minutes before they arrived.

Day 187: freezing cold and a tad unmotivated, but got in some mirror work. Working on backswing stuff. Tried out a few new things that I think might improve my mirror work.

Day 366 - Fullswings, making sure my hips face the target more.

Day 41, 1/21/2025

It was very cold today... Go figure. So no range time for me. 
I'm sure I got at least 10 minutes in though as I had the 7 iron and the mirror right outside my office. So every time I walked in or out of my office I got some slow motion swings done in front of a mirror.

Day 20 - 40 minutes of short game work. 20 minutes putting: distance control ladder drill, 10' putting game. More bump and run work with 7 iron, some challenging lie chipping with 58 deg.

Got on GEARS myself today to check the backswing stuff. I saw a few little things I can look at (less turn, a bit less sway, a bit shorter overall), but I was pleased with the wrist stuff.
