Day 171 - 2025-03-20

Got a good 30 minutes in today. A little backswing so it doesn't get too far out of hand, then some downswing stuff. If I'm in a good spot at the top I have a chance even without the best downswing.

Day 16 - Mostly lag putting today, with a focus on shoulders turning.

Got an hour of work done on the backswing and transition after an early morning lesson and before some later lessons.

Day 42: 3/21/25

Weight shift drills and slow motion swings.

Day 12 (21 Mar 25) - Weekly Friday men’s group shootout.   Tough winds (10-20 mph hurt going out and just as fast help coming in) made for tricky play on all shots.  It made for a very conservative round of coarse management.  Add that the greens were firm and fast and it was an interesting day all the way around.

Up in Cleveland most of the day watching the 1st round of March Madness. Did some Backswing drills at home after dinner,.

Day 244: mirror work tonight while watching TV. Working on cleaning up lower body stuff.
