If your spin is 4400 with a driver that’s entirely too high. To lower it you need a stiffer flex. Correct me.

Stiffness of the shaft, is only measured in the top two thirds of the shaft. So a "Stiff" flex may actually be stiff in the top two thirds, and weaker in the tip. It's not just the stated flex that matters. It's weight, stiffness, bend profile, torsional stiffness (torque), and balance point.

But 4400 spin with a Driver is way too high. Could it be an early release possibly?

It could be the shaft isn't tip stiff enough.

Most likely a big negative AoA.

Do you carry 14 clubs per the rules of golf or do you have more than 14? I've never heard of anyone actually gaming two drivers before.

Only thing close to this is if someone is doing an on course test or demo with a club. But doesnt sound like thats the case here.

Back on topic, I've seen it firsthand, my spin has fluctuated by 1,500 RPM simply based on delivery of the clubhead and strike alone.

My swing speed is around 110 and I was fit with a stiff shaft at a TaylorMade fitting.

I highly doubt someone with a 91 mph swing speed needs an x stiff shaft. What was the AoA and the launch angle with each of those different shafts that they tried?

Phil Mickleson or however you spell it used to carry 2 drivers at one time. It’s not uncommon. I think I’m under 14. Most ppl carry a 60 and 56 wedge. I carry only carry a 58. But who cares if you only play with your buddies anyway.

Oh, probably... I'm not an instructor so I wouldn't know.
