I've been Playing Golf for: 15 years
My current handicap index or average score is: 14
My typical ball flight is: high fade
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: pushed shots, pulled drives. Inconsistent ball striking, chunks

ive been working to get rid of a very flat takeaway and backswing, I think I may be still coming over on my downswings though. Any thoughts would be great

Mind your angles. Also, slow-motion video (your phone probably shoots it) is ideal.
