Good morning, and a nice "Hello!" from the Richmond, Virginia area (western suburbs - Henrico County).  I just logged onto The Sand Trap and wanted to read more about golf, golfers, and how to improve my game.  I'm currently a high 90's shooter with wild inconsistency.  One hole, the "Golf Gods" will send down a blessing, and I'll on the green in two, and then two putt for a par (basic, Par 4 hole).  And then the next hole, I'll slice one off into the trees, out of bounds... Get the ball back in play, and then hit a greenside bunker, making double bogey, possibly even triple bogey.  Ugh....

Look forward to reading lots and lots of great posts and improving my game!
