I have two burner plus irons (6 and 7) that I picked up at a golf outlet store a long while back to replace a few clubs in my Adams set that were broken.  While they are several years old, I still consistently hit them better than anything else in the bag, and they just feel right.  They also have graphite shafts instead of steel.  Is there anything on the market today that is comparable or similar to the old burner plus irons?  Golf stores are a little bit of a drive for me, so I haven't picked up any new clubs in a while.

There are a bunch of different clubs in the GI category that are probably comparable, but it's entirely possible that the shafts are as much if not more responsible for how much you like the clubs as the heads are.

If you can't get to a store, I'd check eBay.
