I would say I go to the range about 3 times a week. I use to go to the range before I would pay but I'm starting to skip the range before playing. I'm starting to see a difference from not knocking down a bucket of balls before 18.

I usually warm up before I play. Other than that I try to get once a week to work on technique. In fact I'm heading out just now.

At least 3 days a week to work on technique. My course doesn't have a range yet so I do not hit balls before my round.

I go the range about once every 2 weeks & this is mainly due to the fact that my local course have a Par 3 course & it cost less than a large bucket of balls. I play the Par 3 about once a week & this is where I practice & work on technique w/ short to mid irons, chipping, pitching & putting. When I do go to the range, I mainly work on my knockdown shots (it's a tempo thing for me) along w/ full swings from 60-100 & 125-150 yards. Practicing knockdown shots helps me w/ my tempo & prevents me from overswinging which at times happens when I've had too much caffeine before my rounds ;). I also work with my driver for this is my least favorite club in my bag. I work on tempo tempo tempo & I'm trying to ingrain in my mind that having the same tempo w/ all my clubs will help me find more fairways with my driver.

Haven't been to the range this year but do hit some wedges on my property. I never was much of a range player. I usually end up pulling something besides my irons.
