Day 31 - 2026-01-20 Stuck inside for most of the day, more mirror work. Back at the range tomorrow. -
Day 56: foam ball drill work in my garage for a solid 20 minutes. Trying to meld the downswing stuff with a proper backswing. Tweaks are looking good.

Day 20, 1/20. I know I'm sounding like a broken mp3 at this point, but I'm continuing to hit balls after work, even if I only have the energy to hit a dozen good ones (as I did today). -
That is good as well. Counter to what people think, weight lifting increases mobility if you perform a full range of motion, getting that deep stretch under load.
