  1. I don't see why people have a hard time stopping the HX Hots. For a simmilar ball with a bit more spin & a similar price, I'd suggest the NXT too.
  2. theres so many sites that you can keep it on for free. Its not an official handicap, but if all you want to do is track your progrees its good. I keep mine on yahoo.
  3. My biggest problem is that when I look down & see the massive head I try to absolutely smash the ball into another town... which leads to some awful swings & ugly ass shots. I'm thinking of downsizing a bit on my next purchase, not down to the old sizes (I never played a driver then) but to maybe a 400 or 425.
  4. 38 on the par 35 back 9 at my club. Putted amazing for myself... 14 putts instead of the usual 17 per nine & scored 3 shots under my recent rounds lol.
  5. I really like my CG4s but regret never hitting PINGs or the r7s before I bought my clubs.
  6. thats what I would do. My dad did it for all his clubs and was happy with the help.
  7. I found a NIKE Mojo Karma on the course the other day & it was silver. Look sorta like the Ice balls.
  8. With a 6 handicap, you'd be 2nd or 3rd on our team. We have tryouts starting the 23rd; i was on the team last year so nothing to worry about.
  9. I'm around 5'6" and use a 33.5" putter.
  10. If your consistantly hitting them fat, try moving the ball back a little. Ball position is usually my problem when i hit fat shots.
  11. I have 4, although I don't really count my PW as a wedge because I use it more like a 10 iron. Can't really do anything you would normally do with a wedge.
  12. that's my thought aswell.
  13. if I set the ball of my front heel for irons I usually hit a pull hook.
  14. I can't believe his putt on 18 for the win didn't fall. It was at the left edge the entire way & looked like it was gonna turn over.

    Whatta day

nice man. I had a day like this last wednesday; broke 80 (shot 78) for the 1st time. I thought of getting the RAC OS irons when I was buying new ones earlier this summer.
  16. got my clubs and started to hack when i was 8 (I'm 15 now), but I started playing seriously this year.
  17. I'm 15... I like my club. Juniors can't go out after 11 on Wednesday or in the morning during the weekends. Most of the people are nice & the assistant pros like me.
  18. I'm actually starting to like him, but I don't think he will win. Prob finish in the top 10.
  19. I second that. I love my CG4's aswell. Maybe demo some Cobra's... my cousin has some and they're so easy to hit.
  20. I have cheaper Nikes as well. TBH... i love them. Spent $50 on them, compared to $75+ that most of the nice shoes were selling for.
  21. I'd say to chip and putt good... with that, you can be decent with your other clubs and still score good.
  22. jumped out on the back of my club this morning because there was a line on the 1st. Shot a +4 39 on the back, then when I made the turn it started raining. Played 1,2, & 3 one over, then had to stop due to thunder and rain. Shame about the weather because I think I would have broken 80.
  23. I tried this for the 1st time today. Only got 2 in, hit the rim of the bucket 3 times, and had about 60 within a foot of the bucket.
  24. I'm going to start taking lessons again, but its hard to find time when I can because I play baseball aswell.
  25. I usually play good when I play good when I'm with my friends. I score good when I putt good. The difference between a low & high score for me is usually all putting strokes.
