) last weekend. This happened on the 11th hole. First you had layup downhill about 150-160 yards. Then after that you had to hit it over a lake and onto the other side where the green was. It was a good 200-210 yards to the green. I grabbed my 6 iron and take some practice shots and give it a go. I topped the ball kinda bad and it came out as a line drive that had no chance of clearing the lake. Well the ball hit in the lake, bounced up, hit a rock, and landed on the green. About 30-35 feet from the flag. I then went on to make the putt for a birdie!? The hole was a par4.
how lucky/good was that? At least I felt good and not lucky about the 30 foot putt.
