I agree that is BS when they do that. I tend to cut them anyway. One thing I will say is if you hit the house it is your fault and you should cover the damage.

You are correct. If you pick up the ball to take a drop you can clean it. However, unless you are playing lift clean and place you should have dropped it and not placed it in the nearest spot.

If the rock is embedded it is not movable under the rules. This included partially embedded! If the rock is a yardage marker then yes you get relief.

I have heard you need to be a +4 to +6 handicap. There are so many factors that play into it. Such as how far you hit it, your short game, and especially your putting. Any weakness you may have will be magnified by the courses that they play on. You need to be calm under pressure and have the ability to play smart agressive golf. You obviously have to be very good when there are about 150 guys that get their PGA tour card each year!

It is 10 Million dollar annuity first of all and personally I believe a lot of people watch it because of the high $$$ associated with it. I personally like it because any tour player realistically has a chance and I am confident it will come down to the back nine Sunday in the last tournament to determine the winner. Because of that I think it the best "playoff" like series for the PGA tour.

I am a big Jason Day. I like how he carries himself with confidence around the course. I agree professionals should behave themselves, but I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary from Jason.

I made my first eagle 10 years ago when I was 13 years old. It was on the par-5 first hole at my home course back then (International CC). I hit a 7-wood from 200 yards. The shot lipped out and ended up about 6 inches from the cup. Fortunately I was so close because I would have been too nervous to make anything longer!
