I work with a guy got 2 in the same round, 19 handicapper, didn't think anything of it either!

This may be a given, but the table needs to be horizontally level as well. I just eyeball it, after a few putts across the carpet you can tell if you need to tweak it. I have Super Strokes on all my putters and that makes a minor twist very easy.

Anyone play with a strap for tennis elbow?
airguard replied to albatross's topic in Instruction and Playing Tips
I have used one on both my right and left arm. No problems with my swing, at least not from the strap anyway!- 10 replies

Cutting the shaft by 2.25" too much ?
airguard replied to Jeremy's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
I just cut 2" off my RZB stiff shaft in my R-9 (plays to 43"). Didn't do anything special, just cut it and played.... worked great. -
Lower Launch Hybrid or Driving Iron
airguard replied to PJGNYC's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
As you can see my handicap is twice yours, but I just got a TM #2 hybrid and put in a UST Mamiya PROFORCE AXIVcore reg flex shaft. It's long and low. Just my 2 cents worth. -
Which 3/4 wheel push cart should I get?
airguard replied to Zeph's topic in Balls, Carts/Bags, Apparel, Gear, Etc.
I have used my Clicgear 3 for 2 years now. I push my Bennington QO-12 which is a heavy "steamer trunk" bag. Wouldn't trade it for anything else. -

Shortening the driver shaft...
airguard replied to Incognito's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
I'm confused: If you take an inch off the butt end and then need the swing weight higher again, wouldn't you add weight inside the butt end under the grip? -
It's on tv in the middle of the night here and runs from Friday thru Monday (GMT +12) so it's all recorded on my Sky Box. I watch it through the week. It doesn't make any difference if I know who won as I just enjoy the golf. I watch every tournament this way, so I actually watch golf 7 days a week.... yikkes does that make me different????

I hit my 58* from 80 yds in, if i don't roll my hands over it stays out to the right by 10 yards.

I have a Bushnell Yardage Pro XGC, As others have said it speeds up play, no looking for markers, just walk to the ball (no matter what fairway it's on) and know your distance to the front, middle and back of the green. Had a few lasers, to involved!

Getting fitted for new clubs
airguard replied to dennyjones's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
This is the time to be 100% honest with them, tell them your thoughts and concerns and try every shaft they have! Was fitted for a set of Callaways last April. Thought I found the feel I was looking for with a graphit shaft. The fitter suggested just trying a TT GS-95 shaft. Thank heaven he did, I love them and they feel so much nicer than the graphit. Keep in mind that was ME not YOU. We are all different! -
Truer words were never spoken. We had 2 major earthquakes over 2 years ago About 20,000 homes will be pulled down and thousands more need repair. Things are still a wreck and the insurance companies are still not talking to people. I fought for over a year to have my water main repaired and only this week have seen someone from the government about repairing my home. Disasters can hit anyone at any time living anywhere.

Anchored Putters Rules Change (Effective January 1, 2016)
airguard replied to mvmac's topic in Rules of Golf
Will this only be for putters? Suppose your under a tree and you can not stand upright and you need to jam your club into your belly to just get it back into play? -
I have the seat on my Clicgear 3 and yes I use it a lot on the weekends when play is a bit slower. You can not fold up the cart with the seat on tho, but removal from the cart is just a push button release. I also changed the seat on the post to a quick release as well.

Clicgear 3 makes it so much easier. I like this much better than my Bag Boy push cart I had before. Well made, easy to use, and folds up small.

Was fitted for my HL's 6-9 w/4 wedges. Wanted graphite shafts and was very pleased with them during the fitting. The Callaway rep suggested I try the steel shafts as well. They were so so until I hit the SG-95 TT (reg) shafted HL's. What a huge difference, much much nicer than the graphite. I have to say these helped my scoring but with winter and a very sore back I am having a rough go even swnging the club. The secret.... get fitted!

Golf Cart Prototype, what u think?
airguard replied to hanalei's topic in Balls, Carts/Bags, Apparel, Gear, Etc.
When I needed a new cart a few years ago and money was thight, I considered a used stroller but quickly dismissed the idea because of all the heckling I'd get at the club!!!! -
Recommendations for push cart ??
airguard replied to inthehole's topic in Balls, Carts/Bags, Apparel, Gear, Etc.
Hated my Mini Gt, always fell over, even the wind would blow it over. Clicgear is ten times the cart! -

Reconditioned Clicgear 3 (can't tell the difference between a new one), about $150 delivered. Love mine!
