You`re a 20 handicap, and "slow",too. What a shame! It`s your opinion,but not very accurate.A lot of "athletes?" play other sports because they`re not good enough to play golf all by themselves.A golfer`s talent,or lack of,is exposed. No 300 pounders,7 footers to hide behind.

Pro V,Bridgestone 330-RX,Taylormade Red TP/LDP,Callaway i series- all great balls,but I`ve made 4 hole in ones,3 since May,with Pro V`s,so go Titleist!!!

Those are great scores,but you`d probably need to be able to do it everytime to compete with the "Big Boy`s". But I wish you the very best! Arkansas needs an ambassador,since Daly seems about done. Go Hogs!

I play the I 10`s,and love them! Just bought a set of I 5`s[same specs] as a backup set. I then bought a set of Bridgestone J 33`s,and oh,my! What to do now..... I hit the I 10`s great,have played the I 5`s before and hit them great, and really think I`ll love the J 33`s when I put them in the bag. I`ve got tournaments the next 4 weekends,so I don`t want to screw up a good thing. But, the Ping`s are great clubs,and I`d like to try the I 15`s.Didn`t really like the looks of the soles on the long irons,though,they look "game improvement". But, good luck!!!

I have played the Callaway`s,tried the X 20`s. Just don`t like the long clubhead,rounded edges, offset. If i went back to Callaway, it would be the forged.

As an 18.8 handicap, you should be watching the ball and not worrying about what`s behind you,unless you tend to hit it backwards on occasion. If the guys are 15 feet behind and quiet,what`s the problem? A lot of the high handicappers,like yourself,worry too much,make excuses for everything,think too much.Lighten up,concentrate on the task at hand,block crap out,and hit it. There`s always bridge,hearts,ect that you could play,but then they`d be looking at your cards......

Go to college. You`ll be able to get some valuable experience,work on your game,and GET AN EDUCATION,which you`ll need if you don`t make it[which few do],or make it big,and need knowledge on investments and other financial matters.By the way,are you playing Diamante,from the tips,or Hot Springs C.C. Arlington,from the tips? If you`re out at Diamante,you might be good enough for a smaller tour[ not the PGA or Nationwide],with your handicap. Go to school,IMO. Couldn`t you get up to Fayetteville? You`d get a lot more experience,ect,and the practice facilities,home course,ect would be like "Hog Heaven" compared to Russellville. But, either way, good luck and GO HOGS!

I bought a set,played them,hated them,got rid of them,and love my Ping I 10`s! But, I had the standard R 7`s,should`ve bought the TP R 7`s. Probably would have been better for me.

If you`ve got a potential "emergency", I can tolerate them. But,if you can`t get away from work for 4 hours,maybe you should be at work,training someone to run it for 4 hours a couple days a week. We used to get stuck with a guy in Thursday night scrambles who stayed on the phone. We`d all hit,then go to the next shot,leaving him back on the tee,fairway,talking away!

The reason I don`t have any hybrids! Just hit the driver!

Mine would be yesterday,playing with 4 buddies. Hole #6,100 yard par 3 over water. Chipped a gap wedge over the water,and it hit about 4 inches left of the hole,bounced forward about a foot,and spun back into the hole for my 3rd ace since June,and 2nd in 2 weeks! Shot 8 under for the day,my best ever by a stroke! Not bad for a 53 year old!

Yesterday, I played like doo-doo,shot 5 over. I was using my back-up irons and driver,and putting poorly. I got home,switched out my irons and driver,and today... shot 3 under on the front,5 under on the back,with a hole in one,and lipped out 4 more birdie attempts. I play a par 31/31 par 62 course -5 par 3`s and 4 par 4`s [9 hole course]. So,I almost shot my age{53} with my 54,and i had 4 witnesses playing with me! If only I could do it again.....

I used to play Cedar Crest when I lived in Dallas. Fun,little course!!!

I`ve played over 40 years and made my first in 2002 in a tournament,a 195 yard par 3. We finished second,but it was the only scat out,and of course I was closest to the pin on that hole.I made my second this year in June,and another 2 weeks ago. If I could have 18 inches anyway I wanted them,I`d have made 8-10 more this summer.The first was the best,though.

I tried several,hated them,got rid of them. I carry a 3 and 5 wood,and sometimes a 7 wood,depending on the course.

Why don`t you play your own balls,and count the best 3 scores on each hole instead of trying to stack a team. Then you`d really know who has the best team. Alot of my buddies always want to scramble instead of play their own ball,primarily because they suck, and don`t want to get better.

If you all play at the same club, let the pro make the teams,or the pro at the club you play on your "retreat". Or, put balls in the hat,and draw blind.Everybody`s got a fair chance to be the "team".

Plax is an a#@%hole,Vick`s an a@#$%%,Stallworth`s a boo-boo hole.I`m about ready to quit watching pro football and basketball-too many felons,drug abuse,tattoo`s,ect.I`d rather watch the LPGA,especially if they play like they did last weekend!!

Why not issue every golfer a hoe- fits nice in the bag,and you could chop the snakes heads off,ignore the frogs,and keep on truckin`! My 2 pennies.

I don`t remember the line of the putt,maybe Tiger was in his line. But, I`m sure Tiger was ready to get the hell out of there,so...... Does it really matter????
