Which spins more off the irons and wedges?pro v1
Which spins more greenside pro v1
Which is longer off the tee? V1X (for me)
Which has the higher trajectory? pro v1
Which has the softer feel ? V1 although the V1X feels softer than the B330S, TP Red and Z-StarX to me

You can answer several of those questions yourself:

http://www.titleist.com/golfballs/prov1.asp http://www.titleist.com/golfballs/prov1x.asp
Which is longer off the tee?depends

98% of the time it doesn't depend. The Pro V1x is the longer of the two.

Which has the higher trajectory?pro v1

No, Pro V1x launches higher.

Which has the softer feel ?both are soft

Pro V1 is softer.

Pro V1 launches about a degree lower than Pro V1x.

In general - and the TP balls from TM seem to be the only ones that vary on this - the higher spinning, softer ball launches lower than the lower spinning, firmer sister ball.

This isn't correct, the current tp black has a higher launch and higher spin than the tp red, there was a thread not so long ago on this topic.

The info on the black box says 'mid-higher launch' and 'higher full-shot and greenside spin' The info on the red box says 'mid-lower launch' and 'controllable full-shot and greenside spin.' As you said, you cant directly compare the TP's to the Prov's.

I seem to be the acception to the rule. I launch the V1 higher and longer from the tee than i do the V1x. I think its simply because its easier for me to compress. On irons there is no comparison, i clearly hit the ball higher and longer with the V1. I hit alot of knuckle balls when i use the V1x, espeically since ive been using the Titliest 909D3 driver.

I am still not sure which one to buy. I like the Xs because they do seem a little longer but the Prov1 has a better feel on iron shots. I have one sleeve of the 08 Pro v1 x's left. I am going to buy some this week for my club championship and can't decide.
