I doubt these are genuine, if they even arrive.

In addition to the sniff test - if it seems too good to be true, it probably is - you should also look at the whois registry for the website. The whois lookup for this site plainly indicates that it's not genuine. If you are tempted to buy from them, call the company whose products you want first and find out if they're an authorized retailer. As nice as a set of Mizuno irons for under $500 sounds, I'll bet that if I call Mizuno, I'd find out that this isn't an authorized retailer.

ya thats what i was thinking. the clubs are probably knock-offs or some other type of clone. too bad, a Scotty for $110 kinda got my hopes up.

It’s a very cheesy site. It’s selling DVD’s and golf clubs (just a weird combination – why not DVD’s and IUD’s). Look closely at the fonts and captions, they are crap. Not to mention, there are three options listed under the particular golf club: Buy, Collect, and Compaer (sic.). I imagine the folks at this website meant “Compare.” No spell check means it's not corporate and no recourse.

Their BIZRate and Verisign logos aren't valid if that tells you anything. I'd be scared to visit their website, let alone buy something from them.

They also only take Paypal or Western Union, another fraud sign. Last but not least, they don't spell correctly or use proper grammar in their listings. Probably based in China, which would make them likely to be counterfeits and harder to get your money back.

Whois Information:

Just to add even more to this, not that anyone thinks the site even may be legit.

London is one word not 2. 654612 is not a UK postal code as is not even in the right format. WG is not a region of the UK. 44 17722200-111 - This phone number has the UK area code for Preston a town a couple of hundred miles north of London. The phone number is also 1 character too long to be the valid UK format. Also whilst 44 is the dialing code for the UK, 86 is the code for China.
