Hey, I want to buy a new hybrid to bridge the gap between my 3iron and 3 wood. I would like to know what everybody thinks about the best feeling and longest distance hybrids on the market right now. I just hit the new 2009 Taylormade Hybrid today, and it hit really long and well. Are there any others that might be better, or is this the best hybrid on the market right now. Please give me your suggestions, thanks!

I'm a huge fan of titliest hybrids. They go really far and are more ironlike than any other hybrid in the market imo. I can vouch for them in distance

I love Nickent hybrids. Dropped mine for a 5 wood instead. I really liked the Taylormade Rescues also.

I will be going with Bobby Jones. Just not sure which degree, as my 3-iron is 22 degrees, which I def want to keep and I want to lose my 3 wood. Debating between 19 and 21 degrees.

The Adams hybrids (Idea Techs) are really popular. I have a 2h, 3h and 4h but carry only one or two of them depending on the course. They have to be the easiest clubs to hit in just about any situation and instill a lot of confidence when dealing with an awkward lie.

Best feel hybird is 100% titelist. Longest I would say Cleveland DST. I would rate the taylormade hybrids very very low. But hey it;s what you like.

Adams A7 19 is quite long and versatile. Give it a whirl, I'd love to have one.

the new Cobra Baffler Rail H hybrids are getting OUTSTANDING reviews. IMO the hybrid department is one of Cobra's stronger areas as a company. I play a 2009 Baffler 19 degree right now and would not trade it for the world...the new models are even hotter.

I'm in somewhat the same boat as you (be it I am selling off old gear to buy new, but bridging the same gap). And I'm going to wait for the release of the new 910h from Titleist and get myself the 18°ish version ! And offcourse the 910Fd with 13.5° to go with that

Hmmmm ..... I can't about wait till the 910 series will be running out of the factory, there is nothing wrong with the 909 series and the 909H will be available soon at nicely reduced prices !!!!

the Titleist 909H is a very fine club. Got one about a year ago, and can honestly say that probably 8 out of 10 of my memorable golf shots over the past year have been with that club.

that said, I hit the TaylorMade Rescue at a demo day (off a turf pad, mind you), and really liked the feel/flight. It wouldn't make me change from my Titleist, but it was a nice option.
