Alright enough about grips, time for gloves. I'm currently using my FootJoy Mens StaSof Tour Golf Gloves but last years model. I've had it for more than 5 months with maybe 7 uses including the driving range and I feel its starting loosen up more and it's not as tight as it use to be. The condition is still pretty good and I plan on keeping it for another few more rounds.

how often do you guys change and normally to what condition does it need to be changed?

Whats in the Four 5?

I play with a glove that's black in the palm, so I never see any areas getting dark. I replace them when they are worn out, either because of a hole or because they don't feel as tight anymore.

I change them whenever they start to lose their tackiness. Usually for me that's about 10-12 round during the winter and maybe half that during the summer. I know that's a bit excessive, but it seems to make a difference to me.

I get 3 FJ Sta Soft gloves early in the season. I rotate them each hole. By doing this I have found that I can get a little more life out of them and it is the only 3 gloves I will get per year. I only use them on the course. The gloves from the prior year are used as the practice gloves for the year. So really, I get 2 years out of 3 gloves. After that, they go in a ziploc bag in my golf bag for those rainy days when I don't want to get my good ones wet.

I will say I probably only average 3-4 rounds a month from May - September. Someone who plays 3-4 times a week probably wouldn't get them to last that long.

I will judge my rounds much more by the quality of my best shots than the acceptability of my worse ones.
