Perfect Connection Golf Swing

Thread Starter
Just took a look at the introductory video for this "revolutionary discovery." I'm a 66 year old physician who can no longer execute a traditional full golf swing. So for several years I have been using a 3/4 single plane swing. My drives are consistently in the 230-250 range which is pretty decent for my age. Guess what? This is basically the "Perfect Connection Golf Swing." I must say that it does work and doesn't bother my back at all. But "the result of extensive research"??? Balderdash.

Re: Perfect Connection Golf Swing

hey i have a revolutionary new swing that will make you hit the ball 40 yards farther, your back wont hurt anymore and you will get more women.

those are really just all lame selling tactics.

and also you dont have to have a long full swing to hit the ball well. but the other thing to look at is that you are turning correctly. i used to feel like it would hurt, or that i couldnt make a full back swing...but now that i have my swing put together better, its not that hard.

when you are in the back of your backswing, the thing that hurts is when you build up tension. that is not right. its not that you twist your body, you are really just turning your shoulders...i dont think there are too many people that cant make a full shoulder turn if they do it correctly, but that doesnt mean that you have to go back to parralel or anything.

To be honest, that's pretty decent for any age... except for all the 20+ handicappers on here who are consistently longer off the tee than the No. 4 player in the world.

Well, I gave them my email address out of swing-theory-nerd curiosity and, as expected, have gotten a pretty hard sell along a few nuggets about the dude's general philosophy. Believe I can summarize thusly: Any other swing will **** your **** right up, sooner or later. Anyway, he has a video up talking about his ideas and their alleged physiological bases. Make of it what you will.

Re: Perfect Connection Golf Swing

300 yard drives arent hard to hit once in awhile on good holes where you just let it rip.
Of course those people dont average that high, but hitting one on an open fairway isnt that hard for an athletic person relatively young
but of course averaging 250 in the fairway 99 % of the time would be pretty sweet.
I've taken a lot off my swings lately and i shot 3 over through 11 before it got too dark.
Mind you i was also using a much shorter driver than my burner

No kidding. Holy cow. I payed particular attention to the bit about Stack and Tilt (he wouldn't say the name), and to say he's off base and misrepresented what it is would be an understatement.

Well I have gone further and bought it however I immediatley noticed that I had been put down for an expensive monthly suscription to the 'insiders club' which of course I never requested and also the videos do not work when you click on play so I am in dispute with them at the moment via several emails none of which so far have been answered. Next step is to try and get money back

I have to say 'Buyer beware'

you actually bought it?

This guy, C.J. can barely speak proper English. He's constantly gets tongue tied over "risk, wrist, injury, free" to the point of incoherency. His method works fine, but is hardly anything new. See Jimmy Ballard.
