Having some balmy weather in upstate NY.  I walked and carried 12 holes today, breezy and temps in the low 40's.  Had the whole course to myself!   I'm back playing after a three decade lay-off.  I think I'm hitting the ball better now than when I was in my 30's.  I re-joined my old CC the 1st of August and have yet to ride a cart to play.  I just ordered a new Jones bag and plan on carrying my clubs most of the time from here on.

Playing golf again has been the best decision I've made since I retired 10+ years ago.  Plan on playing again tomorrow.  Temps should top out in the low 30's.......................Jeff (the Mailman)

We had warm weather here too in the Boston area, but had a lot of rain.  I did not get out unfortunately.

Welcome Jeff! And congrats on getting back into the game. My folks live up towards the Syracuse area so i know how much snow you all get during the winter. Enjoy this warm weather! Any good courses in the Finger Lakes region? Deliscious wine for sure!

Thanks for the welcome, guys.  Was up early today and went to the YMCA, right around the corner, got all stretched out, went home, got dressed, and headed to the Club.  Third hole it started snowing.  I stopped after 6 'cause it was sticking to the greens.  Still had fun!!!..................the Mailman
