TaylorMade Aeroburner Mini-Driver - anyone try it?

Curious if anyone has tried this club. I seem to have accuracy problems with my longer clubs particularly my driver, and I was wondering if this is longer than a 3 wood of comparable loft off the tee. Also if the "sweet spot" is larger than a 3 wood.

I think you will have a larger hitting area, but i doubt more distance, personally i don't see the benefit off this club,

if you have trouble with driver, you will have that with this club also, maybe a stronger lofted 3 wood will help than. i've got a driver with 1" shorter shaft and get a little more consistancy

As far as I can see by the specs, it's what used to be a 2 wood. Loft of 12 and up available. I have an FT-iZ 13* fairway wood. Suits my needs as a secondary driver for windy days or when a little less distance is the shot.

Well the verdict was this. I can hit my Cobra Bio Cell 3W further and straighter. I just saved $279.
