Steel fiber shaft tip uneven: should I worry?

Today I got some shafts in the mail, including an Aerotech steel fiber shaft for my hybrid.

In looking at the very tip end of the shaft, it looks lopsided and of uneven wall thickness. Is this just a little steel-fiber drip from manufacturing, or is it possibly a flawed shaft?

I'm planning on softstepping the shaft for my 4H. I can trim a little, but not much. (A local shop will do the work)

How should I handle this?

Well if you are taking it to a local shop you can just ask the club builder. I doubt they would bother install it if they thought it was defective. They should warn you of potential failure at the very least.

Well if you are taking it to a local shop you can just ask the club builder. ...

I showed it to the clubsmith, and he took a tool and cleaned out the tip area. It turned out to be some covering drip that had dried a bit lopsided.
