No, I believe they are cheaply made aluminum headed drivers.  Unless we are talking Airforce1 or the like.  Those are a reasonable driver.  If the driver lists for around 100$ or less walk away.

Just also chiming in that I've never heard of them. Look out for copy cats that might look similar to the name brand stuff too, and more cheaply made.
