Been using these for about a month. These are the softest feeling irons I've hit... Even softer than mizuno IMHO.  I tried the 785 as well and there real nice as well. The 5,7,and 9 series are all forged I believe

Not as soft as Mizuno. I've had the MP line before and these irons. MP line is better on feel, but not to make up the cost difference 😉 I to have a set of those irons.

I've hit the mp 18. I thought personally the srixon was softer. I believe it's a softer steel but neither feel bad

I went to a Srixon demo day last year and got to hit the 585, 785, and U85 driving irons. Excellent clubs. If I were going to buy a new set of irons, I'd get a combo set of all three.

Who’s “softest “ is pretty subjective. Recently (5 weeks) started playing the Srixon Z Forged iron, having played the Hogan Ft. Worth 15’s for 2 years.

IMHO, neither Mizuno or Srixon are as soft as the Hogan’s.

i only changed because the Hogan’s had wear spots and they wouldn’t sell new ones with the Project X shaft.

I have been playing them too, and I must admit that this iron is really soft to play with. I was enjoying every second of playing it. Great choice!
