Would like to help out, but good camera views and slow-motion swings are a must at your level, basically.

When the face flash-rolls it's going to be tough to control the start line.

The hips basically stall out, the torso slows down, and the hands roll over quite a bit here.

I'd like to see a few things:

  • The hips to continue turning and cranking through.
  • This would let the arms get carried through more with the chest.
  • Video of you doing a "hit and stop" drill where the hips and chest have rotated through 90° by A8/A9 or so and the forearms have not rolled over each other.
  • An avatar for you.
  • Posts in other topics. 🙂

P.S. Look, in the DL view, how little the hips have moved from impact to after A9.

Just realized I didnt tag you in my reply above

Quotes are a tag, fyi

A tag could be a mention in a reply such as @iacas stated "The hips basically stall out, the torso slows down, and the hands roll over quite a bit here" which can be done with Quotes boxes

Good luck with your golf journey, your off to a very good start.

@iacas

Thank you for your advice. There are some items which I need clarification on:

1. I am not sure what you mean by "flash roll"

2. I do not know what the "hit & stop" drill is nor what "A8/A9" is.

3. Uploaded some pics 🙂

I will be making that video for you once I receive clarification.

Thanks again!

You roll the clubface closed at a very high rate through impact.

Make swings where you stop short of a full finish with your body rotated through and your hands rotated less.
