It comes down to supply and demand. If the demand is high so will be the supply. Since there are far less lefties playing golf than righties there are far less lefthanded clubs. Of course in Canada there seems to be a higher percentage of  lefties than in the USA.

It isn't the water...it's the ice.  Most right-handed hockey players (like myself in the 1900's) shoot left.  As such playing golf left-handed can seem more natural, or familiar, than playing right-handed.

In der bag:
Cleveland Hi-Bore driver, Maltby 5 wood, Maltby hybrid, Maltby irons and wedges (23 to 50) Vokey 59/07, Cleveland Niblick (LH-42), and a Maltby mallet putter.                                                                                                                                                 "When the going gets tough...it's tough to get going."

Actually, there are just more smarter people up in Canada than down here. You know, cold weather requires more intelligence to survive and all that. Of course, you’d need to buy into the fact that lefties are smarter and that more of US survive than righties 😂

So, the fact that there are less lefty clubs around speaks volumes about the stupid golf companies trying to keep smarter people from golfing 😂😁😂😜

Oops, a simple google search came up with ...

brain.jpg

A global comparison of intelligence in relation to temperature, income and education expenditures.

Canadians are actually 3 points higher than USA, that was unexpected 😂😂😂😱😂

    • Day 297: putted for about 25 minutes, working on 30 foot putts. Then went and hit balls for about an hour, just focused on getting the ball to go where I want it. Not my best session, but figured it out better at the end.
    • I do use a 7 wood. Love it! Do have a specific question about 7 woods?
    • @DrizZzY does. 😄
    • does anybody still use a 7 wood? if not what do you use instead>
    • Day (2 May 24) - somehow I missed posting both Tues and Weds practice sessions - so the streak ends and a new one begins…. Focus today was on ball first contact using the Divot Board for reference.   Worked with 7i, 9i and GW hitting hard foam balls.  Started hap hazardly and then settled back into my pre-shot setup.  Much more consistent in the latter.
