Is there a name brand golf company that you won't buy equipment from and why?

well, i know Tiger and Immelman use Nike equipment from top to bottom but i know quite a few pros who will not stock Nike because of concerns regarding its quality etc. I would buy one of their drivers but im not sure i would happily buy anything else from them.

Taylormade and for a stupid reason, I don't like Sergio Garcia.

Nike or Taylor Made. Just not a fan of either.

I stick with Ping, Titleist, and Callaway for the most part.

Taylor Made. None of their clubs are that spectacular and I have tried their drivers twice and hated them.

Nike. Every club I've tried, I hated the feel. And to add insult to injury the ball never flew very far, even on well-struck shots.

Nike's labor practices prohibit me, as a man of conscience, from spending one cent on their crap.

I wonder if the response has something to do with age. Seems like older folks have a lot more brand loyalty. When I hear someone trash the quality of any of the top brands (Nike, Titleist, TM, etc) I just laugh.

To the folks that says Nike has low quality: Realize that there are only a few foundrys that make irons and your irons were made in the same factory. The off-named brand KZG is made right next to the latest Titleist blades. And those crappy Nike balls, made by Bridgestone.

Unless you have evidence of quality, don't trash. Now if you want to talk about hating a company's club design , I'm game for a good conversation.

With that said, I won't buy from irons from Callaway (I would go x-forged in a heartbeat) or Ping because of the offset.

I have a hard time liking Cleveland wedges because of the round face.

Nike....just not a fan of the company. Also, callaway, I hated there Big Berthas when they first came out.

I will never buy a Scotty Cameron... but I would buy Titleist. No special reason other than the fact that I think they are overpriced way to cool of a brand for me.

Other than the HX tour 56, i wouldn't get callaway at all. The irons are huge, other than the x forged, and i was not a fan at all. The drivers don't appeal to me, and there are for me better wedges.

I don't understand the Nike hating though, i have never heard any questions of poor quality, i wonder if this all comes from Phil Mickelsons comments about Tiger using inferior equipment, and people jump on this bandwagon?

Add to that, i wouldn't buy any ping, big heads, cavities and offset is just not my cup of tea at all!
