What do you hit from 200 yards?

I said 5 wood before but that would be a long carry par 3.
On 4s and 5s, a 14 like me has around or less than a 10% chance of hitting the green from 200 yards.
So, on the course, I'll usually go 7 iron and try to get up and down from 40 yards.

i'll go for it with my 3i hybrid. if i'm not feeling confident, a 6 iron layup for a 40 yr pitch

im only 13 but if im hitting it well ill take a 4 iron if not ill hit a nice ez 3 iron hybrid

I wish I could say I take a nice easy 6 iron; however, a 16 degree hybrid or 15 degree 3 wood would be more accurate. At the moment the 16 degree hybrid is back and the 15.5 3 wood is out.

The longest I hit a 4I is 200, and I need the conditions to be right. I usually hit a 3I from 200, but a lot of times I will hit the 2H and play the beat (that club goes about 215 on avg).

I don't think I have ever hit a 5I 200 yds absent some crazy wind.

i previously said hybrid, but recently if there is no trouble in the way i have been getting a four iron there

i actually but one to 4 feet on the weekend and birdied the hole, shot 44 on the front!

unfortunatly, came crashing back to earth with a 52 on the back
