I'm a Network Admin for the Dept of Defense.  Love my job and what we get to do.  Been doing computer work for 20 years and was

a Marine prior to that.  Semper Fi to all the Jarheads in here.

I am a student just waiting for summer to finally start. I have been paid to do various web development jobs. I tend to specialize in HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding and also design logos for local businesses as well as my friends. So basically, I am a nerd.

We must harness the crystiles.

I recently began a Master's program focusing on Sport Management. My background was in Civil Engineering but I decided the switch was necessary. I am eager to be back involved with sports and perhaps can line something up in the golf sector.

I own an independent insurance agency. 4 locations, 10 ft staff, 3 non ft.

10 ft staff?? That's pretty tall! High ceilings yeah?

Used to be a hospital CEO. Lucky enough to have retired early, hence my ability to waste time on here and still spend time trying to learn how to play golf.

The more I practise, the luckier I hope to get.

    • Day 7 - Mirror work, trying to hit that PGA-logo position in my follow through. Mirror really helped, need to film soon.
    • So hit the😝 irons crooked AND play layup golf?? Hahaha.. no thanks. I would rather stay home. 😊
    • First - glad to see these popping up again. Now to the topic at hand - I would rather be option 1.  If I know how far it's going (I mean a yard or two) I can always play to the wider parts of the fairway and/or the green and still do reasonably well.  Now if I could just really hit the "number" that well.
    • Day 2 (10 Mar 25) - Long day of driving to dr appt with son.  Thankfully got in one of my fave putting drills (two ball side by side) - the goal to have both balls come off the putter face equally by having them come off the putter face as close to the same time as possible.  First few rolls - the toe was leading the way as that ball flew off the face.  By the end of the drill both balls were basically equal off the face, rolling to within a couple of inches of each other.  Nice drill of focusing on squaring the face.  BTW - I was using the old Odyssey DF992.
    • Day 161 - 2025-03-10 Got a decent, long session in. Focused mostly on the backswing feels, and moved on toward the end of the four hours (not all hitting balls, I installed a motion sensing light switch in there too, and worked with a student over FaceTime for a bit) on the downswing feel.
