Just got delivery of my first Scotty but I’ve noticed slightly at the bottom of the shaft there seems to be a light rusting or excess glue. Would the majority here think it’s actually a bit of excess glue from the factory?

It’s brand new from the shop.

Dab a little acetone on a Q-tip and rub the spot. If it’s epoxy, it will come off. QC should have caught that though.

Yeah, I'd probably return that to them,, not because of the glue?? but because your shaft is at least 5 degrees off square from your putter...
