I’ve had my share of foot problems so (unfortunately) speak from experience. I’ve had good luck with Power Step inserts. Also, if you’re looking for increased stiffness you might want to look at some steel turf toe inserts.

It is arthritis, then maybe see what a podiatrist recommends. It might be covered by health insurance.

Maybe look at foot exercises and stretches. Best thing for me was to switch to minimalist barefoot style shoes. It strengthened and made my feet more flexible.

Any recommendations for Insoles for golf shoes? I know SuperFeet green comes up a lot. Any others? I am looking for something stiffer for big toe arthritis.

I’ve used Sole inserts a lot. They mold to your feet and provide a lot of support. I have arthritis in my right big toe and it works well for me. The other to try is the Currex. They are not quite as stiff but provide good support.

The retailers have limited stock. Went to REI (thanks, @boogielicious), the Soles seemed a bit firm and have a cork bottom? But, a possible choice. No one had my size in the SuperFeet Green. Surprisingly liked the Sof Sole athletic. Much less money & felt great. But, they didn't seem very firm. More to come, thanks, for the replies!

I’ve used the cork soles and they’re fine.

    • Day 262: range session at lunch. Worked on feels with full swings and trying to aim properly.
    • Update:   From my lesson I mentioned to the coach the regrip and he spotted me doing it as I placed my right hand on the grip of all places 🤣 we worked to maintain the left hand and weaken the right, slightly weaker face angle at parallel and holding the face open through impact, nice straight fades, some small some big but a big departure from the duck hooks. Now just need to slowly dial it back to either a manageable fade or straight-ish
    • I use four different sharpie markings on my golf balls. A single black dot on each side near the number, flourencent yellow along the alignment, and a series of 5 to 6 dots on the opposite side from the alignment. I've found that after applying markings, it's best to hit em with a hair dryer and allow 24 hours to cure before playing. This should cut down dramatically on transfer. It's also a good idea to make sure your sharpie's are fresh, not old.
