Tried a new glove & balls today and was impressed

I picked up a couple of new gloves today before my round.

I went with the Etonic G>sok gloves. I've got a wierd shaped hand (Cadet XL) and these fit the best of any I've tried.

It was warm today...mid 80's and the sun beating down nicely. On the first tee I had my doubts about how well the glove would do in the heat as it's pretty thick in the leather spots.

As the round played, though, the glove ventilated well and was overall very impressive.

What are some other good one's to try?

I wish I could play as well without them....it'd be one less thing to have to maintain and supply.

I also tried a sleeve of the Titleist NXT Tour balls today. All I can say is that they were very impressive. Excellent play from my irons and held the greens superbly. Fairly good feel when chipping and putting, too. Not a bad ball at all. I will not hesitate to buy these again.

I only use a foot joy glove but i agree with the nxt tour. it is an exceelent ball especially for the price

I have played the same cheap gloves all my life. It seems eveytime I try to change to a newer more sophisticated version I take time to adjust, so I keep buying my old cheap $9 Nike Dura Feel...

I'm liking the NXT Tour balls too. Just a good all-around ball at a decent price. I still want to try HX Hot Bites and Burner TPs, but the NXT Tours are definitely leading the pack at the moment.
