An update for those who want to know: the judge suggested that the lawsuit should be dismissed.

Excerpts from the judge's opinion:

- "His analysis, however, slices far from the fairway."
- Giuliani was trying to change arguments "like trying to change clubs after hitting the golf ball."
- "Plaintiff attempts to take a mulligan with this argument; however, this shot also lands in the drink."
- "Plaintiff also shanks this claim."
