Mitchell Spearman told me personally today that i need to rewind...go back to drill 2 before i work on my full swing. I've been losing so much balance in my downswing it's stupid and a simple little checkup by a top 100 pro just made me realize :

"Before you can advance, you must first master the reverse."

Makes sense to me...now!

if you want to advance in skill, you should go over the fundamentals again and really nail those down.

i tried moving way too fast, going from 0-60 before i was ready. I need to go back to the beginning if i really want to improve.

well then thats certainly the truth. its great to see how many flaws can helped by just correcting someones setup

I've recently realized this myself. Just wish it didn't take so long to bang it through my thick skull!!

He wrote the AIM book, right? Just curious - would you know how much he charges for a lesson?

Soooo true....god, I went through a spell where I was hitting a 20 foot draw with everyting from a 8 iron down.....couldn't hit a pin on the right of the green without starting it over trouble....I have spent the last two weeks working on getting a good feeling with a weaker grip...... Just a crazy fukkin game.
