I found this statement on the site: "My sole goal is to improve your golf game."

So why is he charging $59.95 for a 15 minute video, and I could not find a money back guarantee.

I found an ebook that took my game from the 90s to the 70s in two weeks. It was only $6.00 with a money back guarantee.

What was that method, if I may ask?

KC,

How are you liking your Ci6's? I actually had them in my cart via an online store, but changed my mind once I found a set of Mizuno MX-25's on eBay (used) for only ~$80 more. The Ci6's were only $199 (4-PW), so I was thinking that it was a fairly low cash outlay for an iron set. But, I went through a fitting analysis at a local store, and hit the MX-25's so well, that I couldn't pass them up (they had no Ci6's to hit).

"The Golf Swing and It's Master Key Explained" by Noel Thomas. In late May of this year I found a long thread about it titled "Beyond belief" in another forum. The thread was mostly positive with some being very enthusiastic, so I ordered it.

It is the body powered swing used by most pros, but with a way of controlling it that makes it very easy. The Master Key is left shoulder control. You control your entire swing with your left shoulder, while your left arm and hand control the extension, rotation, and wrist action. Of course, your right side will supply all of the help that is needed from it, and you can consciously direct your right hand to help with the rotation through impact if you need to. Left shoulder control makes all of your other body movements automatic, including making your hips lead your downswing. This works because of subconscious anticipation. It also has good explanations of how to use extension and timing to work with the centrifugal force and momentum. I had instant success with this, and it is still working great after 3 months. The 3 other guys in my regular foursome are using it now with excellent results. I don't know if this will work as well for everyone, but if you don't have a good dependable swing, it is probably worth a try.

    • Day 11: did mirror work for a while. Worked on the same stuff.
    • I'm not sure you're calculating the number of strokes you would need to give correctly. The way I figure it, a 6.9 index golfer playing from tees that are rated 70.8/126 would have a course handicap of 6. A 20-index golfer playing from tees that are rated 64/106 would have a course handicap of 11. Therefore, based on the example above, assuming this is the same golf course and these index & slope numbers are based on the different tees, you should only have to give 5 strokes (or one stroke on the five most difficult holes if match play) not 6. Regardless, I get your point...the average golfer has no understanding of how the system works and trying to explain it to people, who haven't bothered to read the documentation provided by either the USGA or the R&A, is hopeless. In any case, I think the WHS as it currently is, does the best job possible of leveling the playing field and I think most golfers (obviously, based on the back & forth on this thread, not all golfers) at least comprehend that.
    • Day 115 12-5 Skills work tonight. Mostly just trying to be more aware of the shaft and where it's at. Hit foam golf balls.
    • Day 25 (5 Dec 25) - total rain day, worked on tempo and distance control.
    • Yes it's true in a large sample like a tournament a bunch of 20 handicaps shouldn't get 13 strokes more than you. One of them will have a day and win. But two on one, the 7 handicap is going to cover those 13 strokes the vast majority of the time. 20 handicaps are shit players. With super high variance and a very asymmetrical distribution of scores. Yes they shoot 85 every once in a while. But they shoot 110 way more often. A 7 handicap's equivalent is shooting 74 every once in a while but... 86 way more often?
