Can Philly Mick win this one in 2007?

Anyone

can win the open. Will he? Not if he reverts back to old Phil like he did on Sunday.

Fairways and Greens.

It's crazy because I never picture Lefty as a U.S. Open contender. His game just doesn't really fit the course setup, but he is always in contention. I'm sure he will contend next year as well, but I can't see him winning one. If he was going to put one away, he would have already done it.

I think that they charge the volunteers 150 for a uniform as well. The shirt and possibly pants.

They do charge you $150 to be a volunteer for the uniform, it's 1 hat, 2 shirts and a windbreaker. All in all if you were to purchase those from the merchandise pavillion at the event it would end up costing you around $200. So not bad.

My dad also was accepted as a volunteer so him and I are turning this into a father/son getaway trip, 7 days of US Open and we're going to try to get some golf of our own thrown in too I think. Anyone know of a must play course near Oakmont or Pittsburgh?

Yes, it was the case at Bethpage last year.
