Winter Balls

What do you all like to use in the winter, if you change at all?

I loved the Nike Ignite ball last season but not really seen them this year so far, the Juice was pretty good also.

I typically use some softer compression balls during the winter. I just played a round and used some old NXT Tour that I had left over. I also have some DT rolls and DT Solo that I use. I also tend to loose more in the winter due to various reasons and don't mind loosing them.

I picked up a box of Noodle+. They feel like butter even when it's 33 degrees outside. I'll use those and Bridgestone e6+ throught the winter.

Cheers guys a softer compression sounds nice, nothing worse than thinning a hard golf ball in the winter with cold hands.

My range switches to using Callaway Warbirds at this time of year, nice for bashing drives but don't fancy them for a round.

I like the Bridgestone e6+ for the winter but not so much for during the summer

Precept Laddie Extreme is a good winter ball. (They're actually good any time of the year)

My local Walmart has had them on sale for as little as $5 a dozen.

Yes 'sir.....you are dead on my way of thinking, too. I'm absolutely sold on those Noodle Plus-Long & Soft balls. Gamed 'em today during a somewhat cold and definitely windy round. These things hold the greens well. Had a couple of iron shots into the green that held under 3 feet from impact. (I'm hoping the price stays righteous )

i dont get to play in the winter but in the colder parts of the year late september early november i play ether noodle lone and soft or srixon ad 333

i usually play a pro v1/v1x during the summer. in the winter i play pinnacles or noodles or usually some older titliest balls that i bought about 200 of em for $7 at a yard sale haha

What are the TM Burner balls like?

In the winter I use the same balls, but I carry two balls on me, one in my pocket to use on the next tee. A cold ball does not perform so well. I do what I can to keep them warm as long as possible.

The Bridgestone e6+ is a great winter ball for me. Precept Laddies are pretty good also. I've also been buying Precept Powre Drives cuz they are 10 bux a doz.

losin my edge i have tried both they are the exact same distance but the tp version has more spin the tp version has enough spin to accualy use like it spins and feels great the other one i dont like near as much but both have great distance the tp version has good spin to go along with i though

What are the TM Burner balls like?

For the heck of it...I tried out a TM Burner TP ball. Not bad. Compression makes it feel pretty soft. I was able to spin the heck out of it not only on iron shots...but also around the greens. Driver...was able to launch it pretty well. Not bad for a $25/doz ball. I think I need to buy a dozen for the winter.

There's not much reason for me switch anytime of the year out this way.
